The Dow Jones industrial average moved up 52 points to 12,674. The Nasdaq gained four points at 2468.The Indian ADRs ended with smart gains. VSNL has soared nearly 4% to $21.83. MTNL surged 2.6% to $7.58, and HDFC Bank added 2.2% to $78. Infosys, Patni Computers, ICICI Bank and Tata Motors rallied over 1% each to $58.71, $24.09, $44.64 and $20.62, respectively.
