The Dow Jones industrial average rallied 183 points to 11,051. The Nasdaq surged 41 points to 2062.The Indian ADRs, too, ended huge gains last night. ICICI Bank zoomed nearly 14% to $25.31. HDFC Bank soared 8% to $52.23. Tata Motors, Infosys, Satyam, Wipro, MTNL and VSNL gained 3-6% each.
