Explain Delay In Tada Undertrials Prosecution, Maharashtra Told

The Nagpur bench of the Bombay High Court on Wednesday has taken serious cognizance of the plight of the 27 Tada detenues at the Central Jail here for the past 8-9 years as undertrials, and has summoned Maharashtra
