The industry body would also raise funds from Japan, Korea, Thailand and Singapore whose Buddhist pilgrims are regular visitors to Bihar, the chamber said.
The chamber today released its action plan for Bihar relief, rehabilitation and river policy that aims at providing succour to the flood affected people and also strategies for the prevention of such occurrences in future.
"The plan will undertake adoption of relief camps by big corporates," Chandrasekhar said adding corporates who produce packaged drinking water would be asked to donate in the relief camps.
