The Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net sellers to the tune of Rs 1,208.33 crore in the futures & option segment on Wednesday.According to data released by the NSE, FIIs were net sellers of index futures to the tune of Rs 1,016.17 crore while they bought index options worth Rs 298.62 crore. They were net sellers of stock futures to the tune of Rs 482.38 crore and they sold stock options worth Rs 8.40 crore.As per data available on the Sebi website - FIIs were net sellers of stocks worth Rs 294.30 crore in the cash market on Tuesday. Mutual funds were net buyers of shares worth Rs 19.10 crore on the same day.
