The foreign institutional investors (FIIs) were net sellers to the tune of Rs 149.06 crore in the futures & option segment on Thursday.According to data released on the NSE website, FIIs were net buyers of index futures worth Rs 44.52 crore. They bought index options to the tune of Rs 22.65 and stock options worth Rs 8.73. On the other hand they were net sellers of stock futures worth Rs 224.95 crore.As per data available on the Sebi website - FIIs were net sellers of stocks worth Rs 201.10 crore in the cash market on Wednesday. Domestic mutual funds (MFs), however, were buyers of shares worth Rs 68.63 crore on the same day.
