An FIR has been lodged against 100 supporters of Samajwadi Party in Etawah district for allegedly attempting to capture two booths during repolling in Mainpuri Parliamentary constituency.

Sources said that during repolling yesterday, some local residents got agitated over restrictions being imposed by the administration and had a minor scuffle with the police personnel.

Reports said the agitated crowd pushed a circle officer. However, it was denied by the administrative officials.   S
