The Vibrant Navratri 2011, being organised by the state tourism department in association with Gujarat Industrial Navratri Festival Society (GINFS) between September 28 and October 5, is all set to witness as many as 17 diplomats and ambassadors from countries like South Africa, Singapore and Indonesia. Gujarat chief minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the Vibrant Navratri festival at university ground in the city tomorrow.
While members of the state cabinet, senior officers and other dignitaries will be present, Modi will also inaugurate a special photo gallery and a theme pavilion named ‘Sant Nagari’ on the lives of various legendary saints.
