Fortune, the online lottery brand of the Nagaland government promoted as a joint venture of Essar Teleholdings Ltd (ETL) and Computer Aided Information and Research Services Pvt Ltd (CAIRS), plans to appoint 9,000 more retail operators of gaming terminals across the 14 lottery playing states and cover 1,500 towns in the current fiscal.
