According to Parimal Nathwani, chairman of the registered outfit of Reliance, the project will be completed by December end.
He said RRDT has been working with the state government since 1995 and as a conscious corporate citizen Reliance has put its efforts to create basic amenities such as cement roads, panchayat offices, community halls, drinking water facilities and anganwadis for the integrated child development programme in villages.
Nathwani said RRDT is creating 2,891 rural estates at Rs 110.40 crore in 2,206 villages of Gujarat, which will be completed by the end of this month.
This includes 539 cement roads, 351 anganwadis, 453 panchayat offices, 1,382 community halls and 166 drinking water facilities.
The total length of rural roads constructed by the RRDT is around 110 km, he said.
