Goldstone Technologies has bagged a $6 million outsourcing deal to provide offshore technical support services to a US-based software vendor in Business Intelligence space.

The contract is for a period of five years and has potential to lead to several million dollars additional revenues, Kaipa Vasudeva Rao, the executive director of the company said.

This customer win amply demonstrates Goldstone's growing reputation as a provider of support services for independent software vendors (ISV), he said in a release. The company was providing product development and support services in the business intelligence space for customers in Europe and US for the past two years, he added.
