The business process outsourcing (BPO) services division of Goldstone Teleservices was formally inaugurated yesterday by Rajendra Kakker, the managing director of the State Bank Of Hyderabad (SBH).
Located at Banjara Hills, the BPO division will offer call center services and back office support services in human resource management, banking, finance, telecom, healthcare and utilities verticles.
The 200-seat call center located at this facility is a fully multi-media blended contact center offering inbound, outbound, e-mail, web-chat and unified messaging services.

The center already has contracts with US-based customers servicing telecom, insurance and financial sectors, the release said.
Goldstone also has a 100-seat back office support center at Secunderabad and is linked to the Banjara Hills center by a dedicated fiber link.
The company is also setting up a 1,000-seat facility at Charlapalli, the press release added.
