Haryana CM lays red carpet for Japanese SMEs

Haryana Chief Minister, Bhupinder Singh Hooda has assured Japanese Ambassador, Takeshi Yagi that Haryana would provide all necessary facilities for Japanese Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Haryana.

Hooda interacted with the Japanese Ambassador who had called on him in New Delhi today. Yagi shared his views on investment by Japanese SMEs in Haryana and requested that Haryana Government might consider development of ready to move in infrastructure for investment by the Japanese SMEs in the State.

It was informed in the meeting that discussions regarding the model to be followed in this regard has already been discussed with Japanese organisations namely Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) and Japan International Cooperation Agency(JICA).

Hooda said that the State Government will take all necessary steps to implement the road map that would be drawn in this regard.He said that Haryana was already the first choice of Japanese investors. The State is always committed to further facilitate Japanese investment in Haryana.

Yagi expressed satisfaction on State Government's response to the concerns of Japanese Investors in Haryana.

The meeting was also attended by the Principal Secretary to Haryana Chief Minister, S.S. Dhillon, Principal Secretary Industries Y.S. Malik and Managing Director of Haryana State Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation, Tarun Bajaj.
