The Patna High Court is expected to give its order on the anticipatory bail application of Bihar Chief Minister Laloo Prasad Yadav in a conspiracy angle case of the fodder scam when hearing resumes today.
The court had on June 30 adjourned hearing on the application as the Central Bureau of Investigation sought more time to oppose it and had given an undertaking that it would not arrest Yadav before July 21.
The designated CBI court has already rejected Yadav's bail application in the case. A division bench of the high court monitoring the investigations into the case, would review the progress made by the CBI in unravelling the conspiracy on July 25.
