The Andhra Pradesh High Court on Tuesday heard the arguments on maintainability of a public interest litigation (PIL) seeking CBI probe against former chief minister and TDP president N Chandrababu Naidu.
Former chief minister YS Rajasekhara Reddy's widow Vijayamma had filed the PIL on September 17 alleging largescale corruption and illegal amassment of wealth by Naidu during his tenures as chief minister and also as a minister in the past.
