The Indian Institite of Management-Ahmedabad (IIM-A) has decided to comply with the Moily report and undertake the expansion needed to increase seats 54% in three years instead of the earlier stand of four years. The decision was taken in a board of governors meet chaired by N R Narayana Murthy, here today. Infrastructure expansion would be done on the new campus by utilizing the land reserved for a sports complex. IIM-A will also be sending a proposal to the Gujarat govt asking for around 40 acres of additional land.
