Ahead of Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's meeting with his Pakistani counterpart Yousuf Raza Gilani, Foreign Secretaries of the two countries will meet here tomorrow to review the progress made by Islamabad to bring to book perpetrators of Mumbai attacks.

Foreign Secretary Shivshankar Menon will discuss with his Pakistani counterpart Salman Bashir the primary issue of terrorism and what Islamabad has done to end terrorism directed against India.

The relations between India and Pakistan have been under "considerable stress" and the prime cause for it was terror acts emanating from Pakistan.

The meeting between two prime ministers expected on July 16 on the sidelines of the Non-Aligned Summit (NAM) here will take place two months after the Indian leader met President Asif Ali Zardari in Yekaterinburg in Russia.

During that meeting, Singh had delivered a stern message to Zardari in the full glare of media that his mandate was to tell Pakistan that it has to take action against terrorism emanating from its soil against India.
