Three independent MLAs from Jharkhand, who were served with disqualification notices by the Assembly Speaker, today moved the Supreme Court seeking to restrain him from taking up action against them.The petition, moved by Enos Ekka, Stephen Marandi and Kamlesh Kumar Singh, was mentioned by advocate K V Viswanathan before a bench headed by Chief Justice Y K Sabharwal, which decided to hear it on Monday.
