Cohen elaborated that there were many factors including terrorism leading to current crisis in Kashmir.
He also expressed apprehension that the India-Pakistan relations to scale to nuclear heights and said that in that event the consequences would be enormous. Cohen supported the involvement of the US on such an occasion to influence India and Pakistan.
Cohen said, the council study report on foreign relations on South Asian had deliberated on the issue and the report was expected in two days.
