The Kochi-based Institute of Entrepreneurship Development is currently conducting a one-month training programme on cluster development for 30 officers of the industries directorate.
Emphasising that this training is focused on developing the abilities of officers to transform them into cluster development agents, director of industries P H Kurian said,
