The Congress president was quick to notice that Janata Dal working president Sharad Yadav was not present at the swearing-in ceremonny on Monday.
Yadav, who was kept out of the government for the second time due to the Left parties insistence that he should first be cleared of the hawala charges, had stayed home, resting after the 20 days of hectic parlays with the Congress and United Front constituents.
Perhaps thinking that Sharad was also sulking like Tamil Maanila Congress chief G K Moopanar, Kesri landed up at his residence to express his solidarity.

Sharad Yadav yesterday confirmed that Kesri did visit him on Monday evening. But he said his staying home had nothing to do with being kept out of the ministry.
I had a running nose and a cough. I slept when the swearing-in took place, he said.
