An interesting legal battle is likely to unfold between Kalyan Singh and the Liberhan Commission probing the circumstances leading to demolition of the Babri mosque in Ayodhya following a non-bailable warrant issued by the commission against Singh today.
Taking note of the non-compliance by Singh to its notices, the commission directed the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to ensure his presence on September 23 at the commission.
A defiant Singh, however, said in Lucknow he would not depose before the commission come what may.
