Amid uproar in the House, the BJP-led Shivraj Singh Chouhan government in Madhya Pradesh presented the anti-terrorist Bill on the lines of Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (Macoca) in the state Assembly on Thursday, which was passed by 61 votes.

The Congress and Bahujan Samaj Party members created ruckus in the House in protest against the Bill, terming it unconstitutional. If given the Center's accent, the Bill defines Capital Punishment and fine of Rs 5 lakh for an unlawful activity and organised crime.
