The government is likely to increase the number of high value transactions reported under the Annual Information Report (AIR), Parthasarthy Shome, advisor to Finance Minster, said today.Shome said the government is also likely to review or rework double taxation avoidance agreements with other countries in the changing scenario of Indian companies expanding overseas.On the new Income Tax code, he said there will be structural reforms in the income laws.
