MoU with Infosys likely in March

Mohandas Pai, chief financial officer (CFO) and member of the board of Infosys Technologies Limited, today met chief minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy and discussed the company's expansion plans in Hyderabad and the MoU the company is planning to sign with the AP government.

Though all the issues that cover the proposed MoU, including the extent of land to be allotted to the company, have been agreed upon, the signing of the understanding is tentatively scheduled to be held in the first or second week of March when it is mutually convenient for both Infosys founder Narayana Murthy and the chief minister, officials told Business Standard.
