Multiplex at Durgapur

Bengal Shristi Infrastructure Ltd has tied up with 89 Cinemas to build the multiplex in the air-conditioned mall, Dreamplex, covering covering 1,00,000 square feet.

It would be the second phase of the Durgapur City Centre project spread over 3,70,000 square feet. "It will be the first multiplex in eastern India beyond Kolkata," said Hemant Kanoria, director of Bengal Shristi.

Big Bazaar, the anchor of Dreamplex, would be stepping outside Kolkata for the first time with its 30,000sq.ft store there. A 3-storied car park for 200 vehicles would be part of the project.
