The Dow Jones industrial average moved up five points to 11,397. The Nasdaq added seven points to 2173.Indian ADRs tumbled across the board. MTNL and VSNL plunged around 7% each to $6.45 and $16.77, respectively. Tata Motors tumbled over 6% to $18.23. Wipro, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank and Dr.Reddy's were down 2-3% each.
