The Dow Jones industrial average ended flat at 11,100, down two points. The Nasdaq slipped 16 points to 2054.The Indian ADRs ended on a mixed note. Dr.Reddy's zoomed nearly 8% to $31. While Tata Motors rallied 2.6% to $16.20, VSNL surged 1.8% to $15.87. ICICI Bank dropped nearly 3% to $25, and MTNL slipped 1.7% to $6.22.
