From readymade garments units to footwear manufacturing factories, a variety of units, large and small ones, are setting up shop here. Dutta claimed the estate would provide employment to nearly 2,232 people. |

Bangalore-based TTK Prestige is the one of the biggest investors in the estate and is setting up a unit to manufacture pressure cookers and domestic kitchen ware. TTK Prestige would be investing nearly Rs 9 crore in this unit. The company has promised to provide employment to 250 persons. |

Kanpur-based Shri Lakshmi Cotsyn Ltd would be setting up a unit to manufacture readymade garments with an investment of Rs 3.5 crore. The company has promised to provide employment to 200 people. |

US-based International Flavour and Fragrances limited, a multinational company, would be investing Rs 10 crore in this industrial estate to manufacture food flavours and cosmetic essences. |

"An investment of Rs 10.8 crore is expected from Rohit Surfactants Pvt Ltd, which is setting up a unit to produce soaps and detergents. Except one or two, all are non-polluting units," Dutta said. |

While Indore-based Valliant Electricals and Delhi-based Aska safety Devices have already started their productions, the rest are expected to start functioning in due course of time. The construction work of nearly 10 units is in progress while the rest are likely to start construction shortly. |

"The hallmark of our industrial estate is that we are providing boundary walls, and 45 feet to 60 feet wide roads," said Dutta. |
