NELP VII to be launched on Nov 5BS Reporter / New Delhi October 24, 2007The seventh round of auction of oil and gas blocks under the New Exploration and Licensing Policy (NELP VII) will be launched on November 5, with bidding starting the next day, a senior petroleum ministry official said."Around 80-85 blocks are likely to be auctioned under NELP VII. The roadshows for the auction will start immediately after the auction is announced on November 5," the official said.
