The system will address consumer grievances without any delay and hassles. It will also cater to the various needs of rural consumers, such as new connection, bill discrepancies, failure of transformers.
One of the salient features of the system is that a complaint can be lodged anywhere in the state. The complaint will be sent to the appropriate section automatically through the network, thus, reducing the pain of moving around various offices located at different places.
