New industrial policy for "all-inclusive" growth on anvil

 Nath said the new policy would aim at achieving "all inclusive" economic growth, which has so far eluded small and marginal sections of the society.

The new policy would not have any subsidies but would have incentives,
Nath said.

A policy where the government gives incentives to industries who have a quota for weaker sections has not been put in place at the Central level but some state governments do have such schemes.
