The Delhi High Court today restrained the governing body of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) from taking any punitive action against director P Venugopal.Justice P Anil Kumar passed the injunction on an application moved by Venugopal wherein he had apprehended his termination at the meeting of the governing body of AIIMS.
