NREGS has lost focus, Aruna Roy tells Sonia

Activist and National Advisory Council (NAC) member Aruna Roy has urged NAC chairperson Sonia Gandhi to help set up an employment guarantee mission to help revive the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme. Roy said the government had failed to institutionalise the basic features of the scheme.
