As on 2003, there was a shortage of around 1 lakh 36 thousand nurses in the US, said Ram Kumaar, vice-president , India-Operations, GlobeMed. |

Happy e Services shall provide formal training to Indian nurses for two separate mandatory examinations "" CGFNS ( Commission of Graduate of Foreign Nursing School ) and IELTS ( International English Language Testing System) , with technical support (study material and other necessary assistance) from GlobeMed. |

Qualified nurses shall be eligible for the training which will be around one year costing mere Rs 6,000. Free placement, cost for visa, green card and sir ticket for successful candidates will be provided by GlobeMed. GlobeMed will sponsor two examinations for deserving candidates in addition of providing installment facility needy candidates. |

Recruit would be eligible for health and life insurance and education reimbursement, claimed GlobeMed, which was presently serving more than 50 US hospitals. It placed over 75 nurses in the US, with 290 more nurses holding offers and 195 green card applications waiting for approval. |
