An employee of Hindustan Aeronautical Ltd, Ambadas Dharrao, died in Nashik after the bus in which he was travelling was attacked by MNS activists. A stone hit Dharrao's head. Ten other people were also injured and rushed to the government hospital. |

The MNS activists also torched one state transport corporation bus, while in another incident in Nashik, the police foiled the MNS activists' attempt to torch a bus. |

Sporadic violence and forced closure of business establishments were also reported from areas including Andheri, Borivali, Kandivali and parts of central Mumbai. |

According to the bail conditions, Raj Thackeray can't move around in the company of more than five people, can't address public gatherings and give interviews to the media or hold press conferences. The MNS chief was released on a personal surety of Rs 15,000. |

Meanwhile, a Bhoiwada court released Samajwadi Party leader Azmi on a bail of Rs 10,000 after he was arrested today. |

Initially, the MNS leader refused to accept the bail condition and opted to go to judicial custody. However, after it became clear that the court would remand him to judicial custody for at least 10 days, Raj consulted his lawyers and decided to apply for bail. |
