Overseas delegates for Gitex

Delegates from 46 countries including China, Japan, Russia and Singapore, are likely to participate in Gitex Hyderabad-2004 to be held from January 12-14.

The event, being organised by Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) in association with AP government, will run concurrently with the 2nd IT Minister's Summit 2004.

To create a synergy between the two events, DWTC will operate shuttle buses between Hotel Taj Krishna and Hitex International Exhibition Centre to generate cross traffic between the two venues.

"The staging of this summit provides the visiting delegates an opportunity to stay abreast of the emerging technology and R&D in the IT industry," said Abdulla T Qassem, the general manager (exhibitions, leasing and operations)of DWTC, in a press release.
