ONGC Videsh (OVL) is seeking stake in two oil blocks held by Total of France and Petronas of Malaysia in Sudan.Sudanese Energy Minister Awad Ahmed al-Jaz said: "OVL is present in three blocks in Sudan and is applying for a stake in a fourth block and possibly in fifth too."OVL Managing Director R S Butola said the company is seeking 30% from Petronas in block 8 and 32.5% in Total operated block B.
