Both the houses of Parliament were adjourned till afternoon today following uproar over the leakage of the Pathak inquiry report with Congress members not allowing former External Affairs Minister K Natwar Singh to speak on his privilege notice against Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.Updated at 1145 hrs: Rajya Sabha was today thrown into turmoil and adjourned for an hour after the Opposition raked up the Pathak Inquiry report and demanded admission of their privilege motion against Prime Minister Manmohan Singh. Soon after the Chair disposed of the business of obituary reference to former Orissa Chief Minister Nandini Satpathy, trouble began with BJP leader Yashwant Sinha raising the issue of breach of privilege notice given by them against the Prime Minister.The report had indicted former External Affairs Minister Natwar Singh and his son Jagat for misusing their position to help people close to them to get oil contracts in Iraq under the Saddam Hussein regime.Natwar Singh himself has given a breach of Privilege Notice against the Prime Minister over the leak.
