PM in Helsinki for bilateral talks: Video

 Prime Minister Manmohan Singh arrived in Finnish capital Helsinki for a three-day visit during which he will hold bilateral talks with his counterpart Matti Vanhanen, and attend the seventh India-European Union Summit.

Singh is expected to share with the European Union the evidence of Pakistan's involvement in the July 11 Mumbai blasts besides raising the issue of non-trade barriers with the 25-nation grouping during his visit to the Finnish capital.
