The NDA government has decided to drop the names of former prime ministers Indira Gandhi and Rajiv Gandhi from the list of definitive stamps and has proposed to include the names of other prominent personalities, including Sangh Parivar icons like Syama Prasad Mookerjee and Deen Dayal Upadhyay.
