The Sensex is likely to open higher backed by yesterday's smart gains, however, the upside seems limited for the time being as the index is likely to counter stiff resistance around 14,035-14,055 levels. The index is likely to face resistance around 14,010-14,035-14,055 levels. On the downside the index may find support around 13,870-13,850-13,830 levels.
