"Today onwards the reply on the grievances would only be uploaded on the web portal and the practice of sending reply through file or copy would be discouraged," an official spokesman said here on Thursday. The initiative would save paper and bring transparency and efficiency in the system, he said.
Instructions have been issued to all the departmental heads and Deputy Commissioners to up load the disposal and re-dressal of all grievances on the 'PG-PGRAM system', the spokesman said.
The grievance re-dressal department has issued a new advisory to all the department asking them to desist from the practice of sending quarterly and monthly reports instead all the disposed off cases be uploaded on 'PG-PGRAM system', he said.
