The Rajasthan government is geared up to give shape to the memorandum of understandings (MoUs) and letter of intents (LoIs) signed with the investors at the "Resurgent Rajasthan-Partnership Summit" held in Jaipur on November 30 and December 1 last year. |
Around 300 MoUs and LoIs, valued at over Rs 160,000 crore, were signed by promoters with the state government at the summit. |

"We want these investments to come to us and we have directed the departments concerned to do the follow-up on priority," an official said. |

While the departments that signed these investment agreements are responsible for ensuring that implementing these investment proposal is done fast, the Bureau of Investment Promotions will offer a single-window service to investors, coordinating with the departments concerned or agencies, and monitoring follow up and implementation. |

"Many of these proposals will require action at district level for allotment of land, change in land use, electricity and water connection and other approvals and permissions," officials said. |

Chief Secretary DC Samant has directed all divisional commissioners and district collectors to take speedy action on the investment agreements for quick translation of the agreements into investments. |

The chief secretary said the departments would send proposals to district collectors clearly indicating the case being a "Resurgent Rajasthan Partnership Summit" MoUs and LoIs should receive the attention and priority it deserves. |
