According to an action plan, the division has decided to reduce overhead expenses by utilising complete duty hours of drivers and conductors with maximum use of vehicles.
Moreover, it is also decided that maintenance of buses should be properly managed to avoid breakdowns. The depot managers are provided necessary guidelines for the same, along with the assurance of curtailing overtime, economy measures in consumption of diesel and maintenance of tyres.
