Samjhauta Express resumes serviceBS Reporter / New Delhi December 30, 2007The Samjhauta Express, the Indo-Pak train via Punjab, which was suspended as in the wake of violence that had spread across Pakistan following the assassination of former Pakistan premier Benazir Bhutto, today resumed its service.According to the officials, the trans-national train Samjhauta express would resume its services from today. According to Railway official, the decision was taken ``after consultation with the ministries of Home Affairs, External Affairs and the Railway officials of Pakistan.However the services of Thar express, the second Indo-Pak train that transcends Rajasthan border continued to remain suspended in view of the ongoing mayhem in Sindh, the home of the slain leader, Banazir Bhutto.India had suspended train and bus services to Pakistan in the wake of spontaneous riots and political uncertainty that had gripped the country after Bhutoo
