SBI's largest subsidiary State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur today said it aims to clock business growth of 65 per cent in the current fiscal, taking the total business to Rs 85,612 crore.
The bank is targeting business growth of at least Rs 16,300 crore in the current fiscal, comprising deposits of Rs 9,100 crore and advances of Rs 72,00 crore, as against Rs 9,885 crore in FY'09, bank's Managing Director Arun Shandilya told reporters here today.
The total business of the bank has crossed Rs 69,300 crore at the end of March 2009, he said while announcing the results of the bank.
Operating profit of the bank recorded a growth rate of 35 per cent to reach Rs 892.84 crore, while the net profit increased by 28.1 per cent from Rs 315 crore in 2007-08 to Rs 403.45 crore in the last fiscal.
The board of directors at its meeting held yesterday had declared a dividend of 120 per cent (Rs 12 per share on face value of Rs 10), Shandilya said.
