The Supreme Court today issued a notice to Cellular Operators Association of India (COAI) on a petition filed by Bharat Sanchar Nigam (BSNL) challenging a TDSAT order asking the state-owned telecom major to charge a fixed rate of 20 paise per minute as "carriage" charges from cellphone operators.A bench of Justice B N Agrawal and Justice A K Mathur admitted the BSNL appeal, which has sought the setting aside of the November 11, 2005 order of TDSAT.
