The Supreme Court on Thursday stayed a part of Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal’s (TDSAT) judgment that directed the Department of Telecommunication (DoT) to withdraw the allocation of additional spectrum given to state-run BSNL.
A Bench headed by Justice Tarun Chatterjee ordered on a petition filed by BSNL challenging the TDSAT judgment, which directs the DoT to withdraw additional spectrum from the telecom company.
