The four remaining bidders in the fray for the 51 per cent equity of national flag carrier Shipping Corporation of India (SCI) are getting restless with the delay in the security clearance holding up the sale of the company. The bidders have also expressed concern over the continued downturn in the industry pushing SCI into the red for the first quarter of the current financial year.
